He's a 5 year old west highland terrier.
house / toilet trained. very affectionate. can understand and follow instructions to stay put, sit, shake hand etc.

I think it's a "HE".
Since cecil mentioned "He's a 5 year old...." 
Don't look small or underweight to me. Looks very fit and happy.

thanx everybody... wesley's been adopted by a suitable family with 2 young children who will definately keep him happily occupied. Jus in time too, since I will be going for 3 weekd reservist soon....
